Fillet with balsamic vinegar
Ingredients:
fillet of beef, flour, butter, salt, black pepper.
Men� ingredients:
pickled baby onions in balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
Fillet with balsamic vinegar Infarinare il filetto e farlo dorare nel burro ben caldo

Lightly coat the fillet with flour and saut� it in the butter on high heat. Pour in a little of the liquid from the can to flavor the meat. Add the baby onions along with the rest of their liquid. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and allow to evaporate very slowly. Serve the fillet very hot with the whole baby onions.
