A traditional appetiser from Piedmont, Also known as “Cumposta”, this is a very colourful dish characterised by a great variety of vegetables and a lightly sweet tomato sauce. It is a veritable triumph of taste and colour, prepared with vegetables processed fresh at the peak of the season, including cauliflower, courgettes, carrots, bell peppers, celery and onion, enriched with a lightly sweet tomato sauce. Recommended for buffets. Excellent as a side dish served with cold cuts and cheese, it is typically enriched with tuna in olive oil and boiled egg.
