Bresaola di Black Angus - Black Angus Bresaola

Bresaola made from rump of beef of the prestigious Black Angus variety, one of the world’s oldest breeds of cattle, characterised by a large muscle mass of the thigh from which this cut of beef is obtained. The meat is dry salted and cured for 6 months to give it particularly intense flavour. Delicious when served sliced very thin, as a carpaccio. Recommended for addition to pizza after cooking, and for gourmet sandwiches.
