Sliced Chanterelle (Cantharellus cibarius) sliced Red pine mushrooms (Lactarius deliciosus), cubed Porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and relative group) and whole Chanterelle mushrooms, prepared with oil and aromatic herbs. A balanced mix of wild mushrooms with an intense and aromatic flavour, ideal on appetizer or side dish, to serve with polenta or meat courses. Delicious for stuffings or on risotto.
