Excellent mix of wild mushrooms: chanterelles, yellowfoot chanterelles, porcini and bleeding milk caps.
Every mushroom gives the product characteristic flavours and colours.The sliced Chanterelles are distinctive for their golden colour; these firm mushrooms have a lovely fragrance and an intense and delicious flavour. Also sliced are the Bleeding milk caps, so-called for their red-brown colour; these mushrooms have a fleshy cap, thin and close gills and a strong and pleasant flavour. The precious Yellowfoot chanterelles with their tall, straight and tubular stalks, are whole; in general they are light-coloured and have a small cap and a creamy yellow tinge. These mushrooms give the mix a lighter colour and a fruity note to go with its notably intense and aromatic woody flavours. This mix of wild mushrooms wouldn’t be the same without the addition of little cubes of Porcini that further enhance the recipe.
Ideal for first courses and side dishes.
Also excellent on polenta and pizza.
