In cooking it is often used in place of prawns and is therefore suitable for all dishes that traditionally use prawns, such as seafood salads, seafood spaghetti, risottos, fish soups etc.

How to use Èmazzancolle:
- for salads, pizza and bruschetta, drizzle over the product and use as is or seasoned with a drop of extra virgin olive oil, parsley and garlic.
- for use in risottos, risotto-style pasta and sauces it is also advisable to add flavour by using the product liquid.
