Squeeze the bag gently so as to break up the pieces of meat; empty its contents - which will seem frayed - together with its liquid, in a casserole (with no parchment paper) and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the meat is fully browned.
Ideal as a filling for rolls, sandwiches, tortillas, bruschetta and as a second course. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
