Speciality biscuit cake from Mantua made using flour, sugar and almonds and is crispy when baked.
Very quick to prepare:
pour the contents of the packet in a food mixer bowl and add
250 g of soft butter. Mix and pour the mixture into a baking tin
with diameter 26-28 cm distributing it evenly without pressing down too much. Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes.
