Powder mix per BASE PASTA FROLLA – for SHORTCRUST PASTRY

Shortcrust pastry mix made from flour, sugar and cream. Easy and fast to make: pour the contents of the bag into a food mixer bowl with 1 egg (50 g) and 100 ml of water, mix and then roll out the dough with a rolling pin and spread the pastry into a greased baking tin with diameter 26/28 cm. Bake at: 160°C for 30 minutes. Shortcrust pastry mix to prepare fruit pies, custard tarts and delicious customised biscuits.
