Creamy preparation consisting of clarified butter and shavings of black truffle with a uniform consistency. The special technology used, makes it possible to obtain a product with a persistent flavour that can be stored at room temperature. The lactose was removed from the butter when working it. A small quantity is enough to enrich any kind of dish. It goes particularly well with eggs, risotto, tagliatelle and meat fillets. Excellent on bruschetta and appetisers.
