Powder mix for Crepes or “Crespelle” To prepare the batter, whisk 400 g of Crepe Mix with 800 ml cold water to obtain 1200 g of batter (which will make 28 crepes with a diameter of 17 cm). Excellent to fill as desired, both as a dessert and as a savoury dish.
