Ragout with sausage and mushrooms

Traditional Italian condiment with a full and strong flavour; made with fresh pork lightly seasoned with pepper, browned in white wine and combined with sliced fresh button mushrooms. Then enriched with cream, which completes and rounds off the final taste.
Excellent as a condiment for short pasta such as fusilli and penne, as an ingredient in lasagne and cannelloni and as a filling for pies, bread products and arancini.
