500 g. Bocconcini of Mozzarella

Serve 6

Drain the mozzarella from their liquid and transfer them to a bowl. Add the Dorati tomatoes, well drained from their oil, then season with the Genovese Pesto. Mix the caprese carefully and serve them in a glass . Complete with fresh basil leaves and serve.
