200 g. Ricotta Cheese

Greated Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese

q.s. Poopy seeds

q.s. Paprika

q.s. Chives

Serve 6

In a bowl mix the ricotta with the Fiokki, the Gorgonzola and the grated Parmigiano . Work the ingredients until combined and the mix is homogeneous. With it now you can make medium-sized balls and divide them in 4 groups., cover one group of cheese balls with poppy seeds, one with chopped chives,  one in sesame seeds and finally the rest in the paprika. Excellent to serve as an aperitif in combination with cured meats.
