20 g Mixed leaf salad (or rocket)

80 g mixed cheeses: Montasio/Asiago

Drain Èfungomix, thinly slice the pork loin and do likewise with the Montasio cheese using the electric slicer. Arrange the mushrooms, cheese and pork loin slices on the bed of mixed leaves.
