Creamed salted cod on polenta bruschetta
Prepare the polenta, following the doses on the pack. As soon as it comes to the boil, pour the polenta into a greased baking tin to cool it down. Cut the pasta into round shapes using a pasta cutter. Meanwhile, whisk the salted cod with oil for a few minutes. Cover the polenta with the creamed salted cod. Decorate with the parsley and serve.
