Clean the prawns, eliminating the shell and the intestinal vein, keeping the head and the end of the tail. Meanwhile in a bowl toss the seeds with a little flour, mixing with water until a thick consistency is obtained.
Transfer the shrimp onto a baking dish, season with salt and cover with the mixture of seeds. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. At this point, blanch the broccoli in boiling water, then blend them into a cream, diluting the mixture with water and a light drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Pour the broccoli sauce evenly to cover the bottom of the plates and arrange the prawns on top. Finish off with a sprinkling of grated lime zest.
