50 g. Eggplant, fried

80 g. Mozzarella cheese

Roll out the pizza dough then spread on it the Tomato Pulp, the mozzarella cheese, the fried eggplant and the Dorati toamtoes. Bake in the oven then garnish with fresh basil.
