80 g. Mozzarella Cheese

N° 1 Wholegrain pizza dough

Roll out the dough, spread the mozzarella over it and bake in the oven. After cooking, add the Benserviti Atlantica Seafood Salad(seasoned with oil and salt), mixing it with rocket salad and the Menù “Dorati” cherry tomatoes with basil.
