Pesto alla genovese fresco (Fresh Genovese pesto)

Menù Genovese Pesto Sauce is a fresh and authentic recipe, bright in colour and with the taste of a freshly-made pesto, without the use of artificial flavouring or preservatives. It is prepared according to the traditional recipe, using the highest quality ingredients: Genovese Basil PDO, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, Grana Padano PDO and Pecorino Romano PDO. It also contains a large quantity of pine nuts and extra virgin olive oil. Excellent for pasta, on gourmet pizza, bruschetta and as a spread on sandwiches.
