NEW RELEASE 2025 - Red onion from Tropea Calabria PGI in sweet and sour sauce

Premium Tropea red onions PGI, finely julienned. The sweet and sour taste, obtained thanks to the use of sugar and apple cider vinegar, perfectly balances the intense and sweet notes, maintaining the characteristic purple colour of the Tropea red onion. Ideal in combination with cheeses, to fill sandwiches and hamburgers, as a condiment for pizzas or to accompany meat and fish main courses.
