Transferring personal data outside the EU

If you provide your consent, we will communicate with you by email and send the newsletter via MailChimp. MailChimp is an address management and email messaging service provided by The Rocket Science Group, LLC. Data is processed in the USA. This is the MailChimp privacy policy. Other types of data belonging to the Data Subject will not be transferred to non-European countries. By accepting the sending of newsletters, you consent to your email address being sent to the aforementioned platform. Should said data be transferred to non-European countries or international organisations in the future, all the provisions of Chapter V (EU Regulation 2016/679) will be observed in order to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Retention period

The data you provide will be stored for no longer than 2 years from the last contact or active correspondence, and in any case not beyond any request for cancellation submitted by you.

Rights of data subjects

You are entitled to ask the Data Controller to permit you to access your personal data, correct or delete same, or request limitation of data processing. You may request a complete breakdown of any processing conducted and of your rights at any time by writing to the contacts made available by the Data Controller and indicated at the beginning of the policy.
