Menù in a nutshell...

Menù has been producing food specialities since 1932

In 1932, Romolo Barbieri, father of Rodolfo, established a firm of the same name that produced cured meats.

Ragù Tutto

Production of the first speciality, Ragù Tutto, began during the wartime, in the 1940s. This was the forerunner of everything that followed.

Food specialities for the catering industry

In 1962, Robar started to work for the catering industry, and in 1972 it changed its name to Menù.

The many certifications obtained demonstrate the priority given by Menù to the quality of its production process and to food safety: UNI EN ISO 9002, UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, UNI EN ISO 22000:2005, UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. Menù's technicians work hard to ensure first-rate product controls and safe food preservation.

On 29 May 2012, Menù was hit by a powerful earthquake, but the company was completely rebuilt in just 3 years.

A cutting-edge production facility of over 40,000 sq.m, almost entirely rebuilt after the 2012 earthquake, and a warehouse capable of housing 30,000 pallets.

Products created by chefs for chefs. With its team of chefs ready to develop products and recipes meeting customers' needs and serving the catering industry, Menù is the ideal partner for every chef in the kitchen.

A large family kitchen

In terms of care, attention and cooking methods, the production cycle is nothing more than the normal workings of a traditional family kitchen.

Over 40 types of mushroom delicacies: Prepared with the most advanced technologies following our chefs' recipes, Menù's mushrooms are fragrant and tasty, as if they had just been harvested.

Over 20 types of artichoke specialities: perfect for all recipes, from pizzas and pastas to appetisers and side dishes. Nothing but fresh artichokes processed in season.

In summer, Menù becomes a world of tomatoes, in which freshly harvested tomatoes are processed 24/7.  Menù selects only 100% Italian tomatoes and then transforms them into products that turn a simple dish into a culinary masterpiece.
