Small and medium sized button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) prepared fresh at the peak of the season and sautéed with oil, garlic and parsley. The aseptic process produces a highly fragrant cream that enhances the mushroom's flavour and increases its yield. Ideal for filling pizzas and bruschetta and as a side dish for meat-based main courses.
