Complete the preparation of the hamburger adding salad, smoked scamorza cheese, red grilled onion, “Grancrema” Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, “Gransalsa” of porcini mushrooms and some sliver of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Serve with some Homemade Mayonnaise sauce, potato croquettes and some slices of speck.
