Tiger prawn and cherry tomato pizza
Roll out the disk of pizza dough, add the mozzarella and bake in the oven. When it is cooked, remove from the oven, add the tiger prawns, the Dorati and the yellow datterini. Garnish with a little chopped parsley and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Serve the pizza piping hot.
