Pancake and Waffle
Powder Mix
Powder mix for preparing pancakes and waffles. Simply add 1 l of water per packet of powder mix (800 g) and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Butter or spray some non-stick spray in a non-stick frying pan or on a pancake or waffle maker, pour the mixture with a ladle or squeeze bottle and cook on both sides until golden brown. This neutral recipe is ideal for both sweet and savoury pancakes and waffles.
One packet will make: 36 Waffles measuring 11x8 cm or 50 Pancakes measuring Ø 10 cm.
