8 Golden Delicious apples

150 g water

pour the Margarita cake mix into a food mixer bowl with the eggs and water and mix at a medium speed for a few minutes. Divide the mixture into two 28 cm diameter greased cake tins. Add the sliced apples and cook in an oven preheated to 160°C for around 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve warm with a dusting of icing sugar. If desired, accompany the cake with our Crème anglaise.
