PIZZA CITRUS AND TURKEY

30 g. Turkey breast , sliced

80 g. Mozzarella cheese

Roll out the pizza dough, add mozzarella and bake pizza in the oven. After the pizza has cooked, garnish with the slices of turkey breast and drizzle with  the Citrus Pesto (previously diluted with a little water).

Substitute the pizza dough and the turkey breast with a gluten free version.
