Pizza pulled pork and caramelised onions

Roll out the disk of pizza dough, distribute the Polpavera, the mozzarella and the Pulled Pork, pulled according to the instructions on the packet. Bake in the oven and when ready remove from the oven and add the caramelised onions and the Dorati tomatoes. Decorate with a sprig of rosemary. Serve piping hot.
