Shrimp cocktail with orange mayonnaise

120 g Radicchio salad

240 g Green apple

For 6 persons

Peel and dice the apple. Open the tin of the prawns and drain them, than add them to the apple and the orange mayonnaise and mix well.Julienne the radicchio and lay it  on a serving plate; put the shrimp cocktail on them and garnish with leafs of fresh parsley.
