54 pcs Mozzarella Bocconcini

q.s. Fresh Basil

Serve 6

Drain the sun dried tomatoes and dry them with a paper towel, do the same with the mozzarella. Take one bocconcino  and place 1 tuttosole on top then a basil leaf and insert the skewers to hold them together. Makes 18 skewers with 3 bocconcini on each. Serve with a drizzle of evoo.
