Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena aged at over 25 years in small wooden barrels. Characterised by a mature, harmonic taste, intense perfume and high density. With a well-balanced taste somewhere between sweet and sour, this vinegar is primarily used on top of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, strawberries and ice cream. It is also excellent on hot dishes such as fillet steak.
