Pimento intero (All-spice whole)
All-spice, also known as Jamaican pepper or clove pepper, is a real jack-of-all-trades. It is suitable for savory dishes, enriched sauces, marinades, fish, game and meatloaf, but also confers desserts such as gingerbread, fruit salads or compote a broad taste. All-spice also has a very spicy odour. Finely ground, all-spice combines well with other ingredients.
