Powder mix easy and quick to prepare with a compact consistency that creates and excellent cream filling for a classic cheesecake. Pour into a mixer with whisk: 250 g of Cheesecake Cream Powder Mix, 250 ml of milk and 250 ml of heavy cream. Whisk at maximum speed for five minutes. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base, level off and decorate the surface with 200 g of Menù Garniture of your choice. Chill the cake in the fridge at 0-4°C for at least 2 hours, slice and serve.
