P.A.L.A. PIZZA WITH ARTICHOKE SAUCE, BACON AND PARMESAN CHEESE SHAVINGS

70 g Mozzarella

to taste Mint leaves

30 g Parmesan cheese shavings

40 g Cured Pancetta

Spread the mozzarella and bacon onto the P.A.L.A. peel pizza base and bake at 230˚C for 6-7 minutes. Remove from the oven, add the artichoke sauce and finish with some Parmesan cheese shavings, mint leaves and pink pepper.
