360 g mixed salad

300 g red apple

80 g carrots

q.s. wild berries

200 g white yoghurt

q.s. salt

Serves 6.

Prepare the dressing with yoghurt and mustard pesto. Prepare the salad by adding all the ingredients and complete with the Red Mix, salt and oil. Finish the dish with the yoghurt dressing and serve.
