Menù’s king oyster mushrooms are grown in the Murgia region of Puglia and carefully selected in the area of excellence for this type of mushroom. After being sliced, they are gently fried with oil, garlic, herbs and spices. Ideal as a sauce for first courses and to accompany meat dishes. Perfect breaded and fried or baked.
