Soft sparkling wine produced in the hills of Treviso with grapes grown in the vineyards of Villa Rovero, on clayey soils. Vinification is off-the-skins with soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature for 15 days. After decanting and adding selected yeasts, the wine is stored in stainless steel tanks at 5°C until refermentation, which takes place in an autoclave at 18°C for 30 days. The result is a straw yellow wine with greenish reflections, apricot, apple, citrus and jasmine flower aromas, and a fresh, balanced flavour.
