Whole artichokes without stems
Whole large-sized artichokes (28-30 pcs.), carefully selected and without stems. The artichokes are cleaned, and the hearts are placed in containers in the refrigerator for 2-3 days to start the oxidation process that gives them the “rustic” look. Excellent served as a cold appetiser, buffet dish or as a side.
