Nduja is a traditional sausage from Calabria. It stands out for its particularly soft consistency and spicy flavour, due to the high presence of chilli pepper, which gives it its intense red colouring. Menù’s version comes in a squeeze bottle for ease of use, maintaining its typical flavour and spiciness through the special Evolution Fresh processing technique. Delicious on pizza, crostini, bruschettas and sandwiches. Excellent for adding flavour and spiciness to pasta and rice dishes.
