Creamy and enveloping pesto, made with selected hazelnuts and hazelnut paste for an intense taste and a velvety texture. The simple recipe preserves the authentic aroma of toasted hazelnuts, enriched with a delicate salty note of Trapani IGP Sea salt. Ideal for enriching sandwiches and gourmet pizzas as they come out of the oven, it goes perfectly with cheese creams for first courses and with meat main courses.
