This creamy chocolate dessert forms part of Menù’s Ready-Made Desserts Line made with Evolution technology. Soft and creamy and with a strong chocolate flavour, this dessert is prepared using fresh milk and cream, cocoa butter and Dutch cocoa. The recipe is suitable for use directly from the tin, for an excellent creamy dessert, or whipped in a food mixer to prepare an exceptional mousse.
For a creamy dessert: shake the tin before opening, split the contents into baking cups, refrigerate for at least 4 hours and serve.
For a mousse: cool the tin to 0/+4°C, pour the contents into a food mixer and whisk for a few minutes to the consistency required, then refrigerate overnight and serve. Storage method: 18 months at room temperature.
