Traditional ragù sauce from Emilia-Romagna, rich, thick and flavourful, prepared with fresh minced beef and slowly cooked with vegetables sautéed in oil, herbs and spices. No wine and/or pork added. Ideal for first courses such as tagliatelle, egg pasta, lasagne and cannelloni.
