125 ml Cream

to taste Caramelized sugar

For 6 serves

In a bowl, using a whisk, manually dissolve the Powdered Mix for Crema Catalana with milk and cream. Pour into small glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Before serving, add Salted caramel and finish with a layer of caramelized sugar.
