Powder mix for making chocolate salami, a tasty dessert made from chocolate and dry biscuit crumbs. Easy and fast to prepare: combine the contents of the bag with 3 eggs (g 150 ) or 150 g of water, and 1 spoonful (30 g) of liquor (ex: rum). Mix the ingredients together then mould the mixture into the shape of a salami and wrap it up in parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. It can be served as a classic chocolate salami or it can be used to prepare various other sweets such as chocolate truffles or individual chocolates.
