Mix for Sbrisolona cake, a crumbly dessert orginating in the city of Mantua, made from flour, sugar and almonds. Fast and easy to make: pour the contents of the bag into a food mixer bowl with 250 g of butter. Mix and pour the mixture into a baking tin with the diameter of 26/28 cm, distributing it evenly without pressing down too much. Bake at: 160°C for 30 minutes. Excellent served as it is, but also to use as a base for cheesecakes and puddings.
