Samphire or sea asparagus is a seasonal plant that grows wild on the Mediterranean coasts. Rich in minerals and vitamins, it is naturally characterized by a remarkable sea flavour. Menù’s samphire is 100% Italian and non acidic. Thanks to Evolution technology, it preserves its typical crunchiness, colour and flavour. The absence of acidity makes it ready for use and suitable for all recipes. Excellent for preparing first courses, as a side in fish-based dishes, as a pizza topping and in gourmet sandwiches.
