Pesto Rosso (Red Pesto)
Red pesto with Menù “Soleggati” tomatoes, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and cashew nuts. Being processed at a high pressure, this pesto is particularly fresh and tasty, with the creamy yet coarse texture typical of pesto. It is particularly recommended for seasoning cold pasta dishes, pizzas after cooking and bruschetta, but also sandwiches, fresh vegetables and croutons.
