Powder mix

Mix for preparing almond brittle. Spread the contents of the packet directly on parchment paper, creating a layer about half a centimetre thick. Bake at 180°C for about 7-8 minutes. Take out of the oven, let cool slightly and shape as desired. This product can also be used as a covering for puff pastry, shortcrust pastry and leavened pastries, to which it will add a sweet crunchy note.
