Pizza dough

50 g Mozzarella fiordilatte

30 g Mortadella

100 g Burrata cheese

15 g Ricotta cheese

Spread the mozzarella on the pizza dough and bake it. After  cook add the burrata in the center, then garnish the pizza with mortadella, ricotta cheese, Pistacchio pesto and Chopped Pistacchio.
